Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 School Year will be held on August 25 from 10 am to 2 pm at Berlin McKinney Elementary School. Items you will need include
Student birth certificate
Student Social Security card
Parent or guardian license or valid photo ID
Parent or guardian proof of residency. One from the list below:
Physical address from 911
Lease or rent agreement
Property deed
Utility bill within the last six months
Voter's Registration Card
Updated Immunization card from Wyoming County Health Department
Custody papers, if applicable
Most recent grade card or sealed transcript from sending school
Current school phone number and fax number of sending school
