Congratulations, Bella Frazier, of Pineville Middle School for winning 1st Place in the Middle School 3-D category of the 2024 West Virginia Art Association State Youth Art Month Exhibit!  Bella’s award will be acknowledged at the Youth Art Month Awards Ceremony at the Parkersburg Art Center. She will also be honored with a monetary prize at the ceremony. We are so proud of her accomplishment!🤍👏🏼 #ShowcaseWyCoSchools
